Cookie`lies ships from Florida, United States.

Orders are delivered across the U.S. using USPS or UPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Available shipping options and rates appear automatically at checkout after you enter your address.

No hidden surprises.

Those belong inside selected boxes.

Section 2 — When orders ship

When will my order ship?

Cookie`lies cookies are baked in small batches.

Regular orders and limited game editions may follow different ordering and shipping schedules.

The estimated shipping timeline is disclosed before each ordering window opens.

Game boxes are baked, packed, and shipped after that edition’s order window closes.

This allows us to bake intentionally, pack carefully, and avoid unnecessary time sitting on a shelf.

No factories.
No mass production.
No shortcuts.

Just people who care too much about cookies.

Section 3 — Delivery times

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Most orders arrive within approximately 2–4 business days after they are shipped.

You will receive tracking information once your order leaves the Cookie`lies kitchen.

From there, the cookies are in the hands of logistics and fate.

Section 4 — Warm weather note

What if my cookies arrive warm?

Chocolate, fillings, and decorative finishes may soften during shipping, especially in warm climates.

Allow the cookies to rest at room temperature or refrigerate them briefly before opening or serving.

A cosmetic change does not usually affect the flavor.

If the package arrives damaged or the cookies appear unsafe to eat, contact Cookie`lies before consuming them.

Warm cookies are not necessarily a problem.

In many cases, they’re better.

Section 5 — Sending as a gift

Can I send Cookie`lies as a gift?

Yes.

Cookie`lies orders can be sent directly to another person as a gift, surprise, or questionable act of affection.

Regular orders allow you to choose the available cookies.

Limited game boxes arrive according to the rules of that edition.

You may know what you sent.

They may not know what they are about to open.

Section 6 — Important note

A small note about mystery

Cookie`lies does not currently offer storefront pickup.

All orders are shipped.

Partly for logistics.

Partly because some experiences work better when they arrive in a box.
