Orders are delivered across the U.S. using USPS or UPS depending on destination and box size.

Shipping options and rates appear automatically at checkout after entering your address.

No hidden surprises.

Section 2 — When orders ship

When will my order ship?

Cookie`lies cookies are baked in small batches.

Orders open weekly and close Thursday at midnight.

After the order window closes, cookies are baked, packed, and shipped.

This schedule allows us to keep the cookies fresh and avoid shortcuts.

No factories.
No mass production.
Just people who care too much about cookies.

Section 3 — Delivery times

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on your location.

Most orders arrive within 2–4 business days after shipping.

You will receive tracking information once your box leaves the Cookie`lies kitchen.

From there, the cookies are in the hands of logistics and fate.

Section 4 — Warm weather note

What if my cookies arrive warm?

Chocolate can soften during shipping, especially in warm climates.

If that happens, simply let the cookies rest at room temperature or refrigerate briefly before enjoying.

Warm cookies are not a problem.

In many cases, they’re better.

All orders are shipped.
