3) How do I order?

Orders open weekly and close Thursday at midnight.
Small batches, handmade in Florida, no factories, no shortcuts.
Just people who care too much baking cookies that feel like confessions.

4) Do you ship everywhere?

We ship via USPS/UPS from Florida.
Shipping availability and rates appear at checkout based on your address and box size.
If your location doesn’t appear, it’s not rejection, just logistics being dramatic.

5) Can I pick up my order?

No.
There’s no storefront, no pick-ups, no “I’m in the neighborhood.”
Cookie`lies ships only.
Mystery is a flavor, and we protect it.

6) What if my cookies arrive melted or imperfect?

They’re still good, sometimes better.
Warm them briefly, let the chocolate forgive itself, and enjoy the moment.
Perfection isn’t our brand. Emotion is.

7) How should I store them?

Keep them in a sealed container at room temp for up to 5 days.
Or freeze for up to 30, if you’re capable of waiting that long.
(Spoiler: you’re not.)

8) What’s inside each cookie?

Butter, sugar, chocolate, and decisions you’ll think about later.

Flavors may change feelings do too.

9) Do you make custom flavors?

No.
Cookie`lies isn’t customizable.
It shows up as it is and teaches you to deal with it.

10) Are you a real person?

Real enough.
There’s someone behind all this just not someone you’ll ever see.
Some stories work better in the dark.

11) Allergens: should I worry?

If you have allergies: yes.
Our cookies contain wheat, gluten, eggs, milk, and soy.
They may also include or come into contact with peanuts and tree nuts.
We do not operate an allergen-free or gluten-free facility.
