Regular menu orders require a minimum of four cookies. You choose the flavors.
Game boxes follow the rules of the current edition. The quantity and format are always disclosed before orders open.

For limited games, open the current game page from the homepage. The page will show whether the edition is coming, open, or closed.
Game dates and availability are announced on the website and social media.
How often do games open?
Cookie`lies games are designed as limited monthly editions rather than weekly drops.
The exact opening date, rules, and quantity are announced separately for each game.
Not every month has to tell the same story.
Can I customize my order?
Regular orders allow you to choose from the available menu.
Game boxes are not customizable.
No flavor substitutions.
No special combinations.
No negotiating with the box.

STORAGE
How should I store the cookies?
Store the cookies in a sealed container at room temperature for up to five days.
For longer storage, freeze them for up to 30 days.
Spoiler: most people don’t wait that long.
Can I reheat the cookies?
Yes.
Warm the cookie briefly in the microwave or oven to restore its softer texture and melted chocolate.
Remove all packaging before reheating.
