Yes. Probably. People have posted photos, so we’re leaning toward “real.” But you won’t know until you bite.

Sometimes, there’s one.
It hides among the others — looks right, feels right, and still manages to betray your taste buds.
It’s not always there. But the doubt always is.

💻 3) How do I order?

Orders open weekly and close Thursday at midnight.
After that, you wait — and regret not clicking sooner.
We bake small batches, by hand, in Florida. No factories. Just obsession and chaos.

📦 4) Do you ship everywhere?

We ship via USPS/UPS from Florida.
Coverage and rates appear at checkout based on your address and box size.
If you don’t see shipping for your location, it’s not personal — it’s logistics.

🚫 5) Can I pick up my order?

No. Absolutely not.
There’s no storefront, no secret door, no “swing by and grab it.”
Cookie`lies ships only.
The less you know where we bake, the better the cookies taste. Mystery is part of the recipe.

🔥 6) What if my cookies arrive melted / broken / emotional?

They’re still good — maybe even better.
Perfection is for liars.
Warm them slightly, pretend it was the plan all along, and eat your feelings.

🧊 7) How should I store them?

In a sealed container, away from sunlight, secrets, and people who don’t deserve them.
Room temp up to 5 days. Or freeze — if you have self-control. (You don’t.)

🔍 8) What’s inside each cookie?

Mostly butter, sugar, chocolate, and questionable decisions.
Full flavor list on the Menu page — but don’t get too comfortable.
We like to change things up. Lies evolve.

🎨 9) Do you make custom flavors?

We could. But we won’t.
Cookie`lies isn’t a wish-granting service — it’s a trust exercise with extra calories.

⚠️ 11) Allergens — should I worry?

Yes. Always.
Our cookies are made with butter, eggs, wheat (gluten), milk, soy, and tree nuts/peanuts may be present.
We do not operate allergen-free or gluten-free production.
Cross-contact is possible.
If you have severe allergies, do not risk it.
We’d rather keep you alive.
