Cookie`lies is a small, intentional bakery brand born online in Florida.
We bake handcrafted cookies that look warm and familiar — and taste far more complicated.
Sweet on the surface. A little wrong on purpose.
Like most things worth remembering.

What we bake

Vanilla, cocoa, red velvet, pistachio — bold doughs, real ingredients, and flavors with a point of view.
Dense chips. Clean finishes. No shortcuts.
Some cookies are classic. Some change with the seasons.
