All orders ship every Monday via UPS within the United States.
Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and box size.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate.
Cookie`lies is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • delays due to closed locations or denied access

  • weather-related interruptions

  • seasonal carrier delays or high-volume periods

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional charges will apply for reshipment.


Refund, Exchange, or Return Policies

Because our cookies are perishable and handcrafted in small batches, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges, and cannot issue refunds once an order has been delivered.

If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll always do our best to help.


Cancellations or Modifications

To request a cancellation or change to your order, email us at onlytruth@cookielies.com

Cancellations must be submitted at least 2 business days before your scheduled shipping date.
Once preparation has begun, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order, your cookies are already on their way.
